Corrections

If you have found an error, especially a mis-cited study, an outdated price or a product formula that has changed, please tell us. Include the page address and what is wrong. Corrections to health content are a priority for us and we will note the change on the page.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice. We are not doctors and we cannot tell you whether a supplement is safe for you, what dose you should take, or what is causing your symptoms. Those questions belong with your physician or pharmacist, who can see your history and your medication list. Please do not delay medical care while waiting for a reply from us.

We also cannot help with orders, refunds or shipping for products reviewed here. We do not sell them and we have no access to any seller's order system. Contact the seller directly, and keep your order confirmation, because the refund window runs from your purchase date.

Brands and press

We do not accept payment for reviews, sponsored placement or guest posts, and we do not send copy to brands for approval before publication. If you represent a brand and believe we have described your product inaccurately, write to us with the specifics and we will check it against the label and correct anything we got wrong.
